Minimum system requirements
To ensure a quality user experience with our product, we suggest the following minimum requirements for computers that will be using the Scan123 Scanning software:
• OS: Windows 7/8/10 64-bit
• Processor: Core i3 or AMD equivalent
• Memory: 8 GB RAM or greater installed
• HDD: 15GB free disk space available
• USB: 2.0 ports or better
• Network Connection: DSL, cable, or better
Scan123 Scan Application
Scanning is done with our Scanning application. It is separate from our Web Application but uses the same login.

If you are new to Scan123, in this Knowledge Guide, we have our User Guide available that will assist you in learning regular processes and workflows for both the Scanning and Web Applications. Please read the User Guide as it will answer many questions you have or will have when using Scan123!
We highly recommend using this guide even after you have read through it once as it is available for all users at all times.
