How does this effect people still using this application?
Those of you who have been with Scan123 for awhile know that we aren't afraid of change. Sometimes that change is very noticeable, other times it's something small that improves the overall experience.
In this case the Scan123 desktop application is officially considered done. We won't be releasing any new updates for this product anymore. The good news is that we will continue to support it so don't worry, if something isn't working you can still rely on the Customer Success team to take care of you and ensure that you are back to operational capacity.
