Scan123 requires a TWAIN compliant document scanner but not all TWAIN models will work. Note that if using our browser based platform, all Fujitsu as well as Canon, Epson, Brother and HP models will work for VelocityFile

We recommend the Fujitsu-fi series scanners because we’ve found them to be extremely reliable and long-lasting.

Other Recommendations (Not Certified)
Our software has worked with most other desktop scanners that use a TWAIN compliant driver. These are not certified with Scan123 but will work. We do warn that depending on the Scanner, some settings require additional configuration and some issues can occur due to the Scanner's Manufacturer software and not Scan123.
