To ensure a quality user experience with our product, we suggest the following minimum requirements for computers that will be using the Scan123 desktop software

• Memory: 8 GB RAM or greater installed
• HDD: 15GB free disk space available
• USB: 2.0 ports or better
• Network Connection: DSL, cable, or better
Recommended system requirements
• OS: Windows 10 64-bit
• Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent
• Memory: 8 GB RAM or greater installed
• HDD: 15GB free disk space available
• USB: 2.0 ports
• Network: Broadband Internet connection (Cable)
Additional information
Anti-Virus Software: Scan123 will work with all Anti-Virus programs but some are known to automatically block Scan123 from working as intended. A few common programs that block Scan123 are AVG, AVAST and TrendMicro. To ensure Scan123 is working alongside your AntiVirus, please verify the Scan123 program and path are whitelisted and excluded from your AV software.
Exclude Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Scan123
Whitelist Application: Scan123.exe (located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Scan123)

Network Level Firewall: Network Level Firewall is not visible on a workstation and is another level of security above your normal installed Anti-Virus program. This is usually maintained by your IT. A common Network Firewall is SonicWall, but there are many others.
These Network Firewalls have been known to block Scan123 immediately. Please verify with your IT that Scan123 and its connections is not being blocked at all.
VPN: Scan123 is incompatible with VPN connections.
Roaming Profiles: Scan123 is known to have issues when this configuration is set up and issues are resolved on a case to case basis.
