Exception Error after Complete Batch

Exception errors can be resolved in a few easy steps and no data will be lost

1. Exit Scan123 fully. This can be done using the File Menu > Exit or via the task bar.

 

2. Once Scan123 is closed, select the Batch Manager module. Double-Click on the batch to open it once more. Please note that you will have to double click on the title of the batch. If you have multiple items needing to be released, repeat this step until all items are in Released status before moving onto step 3.

 

3. Once opened. You will be in the Review process once more. Press Complete Batch.to release batch once more. All work will already be saved from previous.
